The English Communication course for 20 Cambodian civil servants at the Singapore-Cambodia Training Centre from 20 February to 17th March 2006 is provided by Ngee Ann Polytechnic under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Foreign Affiars, Republic of Singapore.

One Day Before Departure...

Got myself a haircut so I won't look like some manic mongoose in front of the course particpants. Finally started some packing (with much help from wifee). Will try and change some US$ later. I think caterpillars are hatching into rather large butterflies...
